Cashew Coconut Fudgesicles

Servings 8 fudgesicles
Put the cashews and water in a blender and blend until creamy and the cashews dissolve. Add the coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla extract. Blend all the ingredients. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
