Cheddar Cheese Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese 1/2 pound, shredded
  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks
  • 1/2 cup Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa
  • 1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk 8 ounces
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature: combine in large mixing bowl. Beat until creamy (it may be necessary to moisten mixture with 1/4 cup whole milk). Put in buttered 9-inch square pan, chill.
