Bubbly and sweet with a serious kick.

coffee, prepared as cold brew,
Equal Exchange Organic Ethiopian.

(1.5 oz) shot gin

simple syrup

fresh pineapple juice

tonic water

fresh pineapple chunks

Add cold brew, gin, simple syrup and juice into shaker

Shake with ice

Strain into a glass and add fresh ice

Top with tonic water
