Chilly Chili Mocha
How are you keeping cool and caffeinated this summer? We've worked up this simple recipe for a Chilly Chili Mocha. Or is it the other way around? No matter -- this iced coffee beverage is sweet yet refreshing, with just a little spice to wake up the taste buds. And it's super simple to make at home!

Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso or 4 oz of strongly brewed coffee
- 1 Tablespoon Equal Exchange's Organic Spicy Hot Cocoa mix, heaping
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 12 oz ice in a glass
- cinnamon or cayenne pepper for garnish optional
- whipped cream optional
Instructions

Brew espresso or strong coffee (we used a pour-over method!) and transfer to an empty measuring cup.

Add the Spicy Hot Cocoa mix and stir until thoroughly blended.

Pour mixture into ice-filled glass. Add milk, adjusting to taste, and stir again.

Fill glass to the top with more ice. For extra decadence, top with whipped cream and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne power. Or both!
